Shipping policy

GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT—BUT NOT TOO LONG, WE PROMISE.

We pack and ship orders from Monday to Friday, and most are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed when we’re outta office will be taken up the next business day.

Shipping Locations: We ship pan-India.

Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via Shiprocket.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders within India. 

Delivery Times: Once your order is processed, it should reach you in 5-7 business days (regular delivery), or 3-5 business days (express delivery). We also offer same-day delivery on weekdays to Delhi NCR residents at checkout. 

Tracking Information: You’ll get tracking updates on your email address. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments: We offer a full refund for shipments that are lost or damaged during transit. For damaged items, we require an unboxing video to be submitted within 24 hours of delivery in order to process the refund.

International Shipping: Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
