We only accept returns for damaged or defective products. If your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours from receiving the order at brb@outtaofficeclub.com with an unboxing video. This will help us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Refund Process

Please send photos or a video of the damaged item to brb@outtaofficeclub.com for review. Once we inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
